• Deliveries are only done on Tuesday and Friday.
• Our Policy is that we deliver on the same day as the harvest.
• In the event that there is a problem with the crop on these days delivery will be deferred to the next delivery window.
• Simple Farmers may chose to make deliveries using a 3rd party courier service/food delivery service.
• We are a customer focused enterprise and will always try to make deliveries in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Simple Farmers does not deliver to all areas in Mumbai please refer to the list of pincodes to check if your area is covered by us.
• In the event of ‘Broken Seal’ ‘Contaminated Product’ ‘Damaged product’ please do not accept the delivery and contact [email protected] immediately.
